Writers WorkShop #1



Announcing a new event for The Tucson Writers Workshop & Meetup Group!

What: Writers WorkShop #1

When: Tuesday, November 8, 7:00 PM

Event fee: $10.00 per person

Where: (details to follow)

Event Description: Beginning this month (Nov. '05), I'm adding an extra event on the activities list. This will be our first Workshop, and is intended to facilitate the "working" know-how that all writers will be interested in. The agenda is provided below.

This month, we will be meeting for 2 hours, at the club room where Bogdan lives.

Check for the address in the message board, I've placed a link that shows the location (using Google Maps).

I am charging a $10 fee in order to cover costs. Because we will not have the convenience of being able to buy beverages and goodies at Ike's...refreshments will be provided.

If for some reason, the $10 fee for this Workshop is something that places undue hardship on you, and you are interested in attending, please contact me via private message and we'll work something out.

It is not my intention to make anyone feel obligated to attend the workshop, however I'm implementing the "hard-core" materials, writing excercises, and writer's tools, that have been requested on a continuous basis for the past few months.

We will continue to get together in a more "social" context, on the 4th Tuesday of the month (which is United Writers Meetup Day), and there will be no fees whatsoever for the regular Meetup event.
